I had high hopes for The Yucatan Playa Del Carmen, given the beautiful setting and luxurious vibes. However, my experience was marred by numerous issues, particularly with the ongoing construction that disrupted my stay. Despite a stunning rooftop and decent food, I felt that the service didn't match the additional charges I encountered. Overall, it left me disappointed. 😕
